Healthy food choices

Health tip
Healthy eating and drinking is an important part of looking after your health and reducing your risk of heart problems.  Following these easy steps everyday will help you enjoy a healthy balanced diet; eat a variety of foods, include fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, choose healthier fats and oils, limit your sugar and salt intake, and drink water.
Try this delightful Walnut and Herb Crusted Fish
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
2 slices wholemeal sliced bread
finely grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup of chopped mint
1/4 cup walnuts*
40g (2 tablespoons) butter
freshly ground black pepper  and a little salt
4 x 150g white boneless fish fillets*  or small whole bream
12 baby new potatoes
salad for serving
lemon wedges for serving  (Serves 4)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place bread, lemon rind, parsley, walnuts and butter into a bowl into and mix well or a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture is formed.
2. Place fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper and season with pepper and a little salt. Press a quarter of the breadcrumb mixture onto each piece of fish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked and crumbs are golden brown.
3. Serve with steamed baby potatoes dipped in mint with a teaspoon of melted butter,  salad and lemon wedges
